What we don't pay for - before you ask.
Most of this industry hides the exclusions. We don't. Here's what a vehicle service contract generally does not cover, in plain language. The exact exclusions for your plan are in your contract.
Wear-and-tear items
Brake pads, tires, wiper blades, belts and hoses past their service life.
Cosmetic & trim
Paint, upholstery, glass, and body panels.
Pre-existing failures
Anything already broken or failing before your coverage started (and its waiting period).
Routine maintenance
Oil changes, filters, fluids, alignments, and scheduled service.
Damage, not breakdown
Collisions, misuse, off-road, racing, environmental damage, or unapproved modifications.
Not-in-your-plan components
Parts your chosen tier doesn't include (upgrade to cover more).
A brand that hides the exclusions is a brand that plans to deny your claim. We'd rather you know the edges of your coverage before you pay - that's the whole point of reading the contract first.
Protection you can read first.
See your price, read the contract, and decide on your terms - not a phone-maze.
